What an experience it was to be in such a great establishment. It’s been a while since my braces were taken off, but you can always remember the love and warmth you felt being there. From the moment you enter the door, you are greeted with a smile and embraced with conversation. Dr. Halford’s orthodontic office is a place where everyone should go because it is so inviting and it makes you feel at home. There are activities, a place for children to do homework, parents to relax, and refreshments. To Dr. Halford and his entire team, I would just like to say “Thank You” for being so dedicated to the work and always ensuring success. They can transform a good smile into a great smile and I am a proud example. They continue to do this one smile at a time!

What I like about my orthodontist, Dr. Halford, is that he and his staff are always so friendly and happy to see their patients and each patient is treated with the utmost respect. Following dental restoration of several upper and lower teeth, I gradually experienced alignment changes which caused a painful bite imbalance, and ruined my big, perfect smile! After a year of soft food, ear pain, and smile avoidance, I found my way to Dr. Halford’s office.
Driving to my first appointment, I felt certain treatment was needed, but as a training consultant, I was anxious about managing my lifestyle while in braces. As I entered the building, I was warmly welcomed by Dr. Halford’s professional staff, which immediately put me at ease. Using the latest technology and a patient centered diagnostic process, I was pleasantly surprised to learn Dr. Halford’s recommended treatment plan involved upper and lower Invisalign trays that would gradually resolve my dental problems and in the end, improve my smile – in less than a year! My lifestyle and orthodontic treatment would be manageable with a topnotch team of professionals guiding me every step of the way!
And that is exactly what happened - Today, I am pain free, and my big beautiful smile is back! Dr. Halford’s skill, experience and commitment to each patient set him apart from others in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone of any age needing orthodontia.

Dr. Halford has been our family’s orthodontist for years. My husband and I have both had Invisalign, our daughter has had braces, and our son is a patient as well. The quality of care we received is second to none. His office staff is friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. We have always been seen within 10 minutes of our appointment time and have never had an appointment where we have felt “rushed”. The online access to appointments and account information is also extremely convenient.
In addition to exceptional orthodontic care, they have contest drawings, summer post card contests, Halford Helper’s, and other nice activities that make their patients feel special. When my daughter got her braces off, she was given a gift bag that contained many of her favorite treats that were off limits when she had her braces. She still talks about that, and it’s been over a year!
I have, and will continue, to recommend Dr. Halford to anyone who is in need of an orthodontist. As far as I’m concerned, he and his staff are the best!

As an adult who needed orthodontia, I was curious about the options available to me and the length of treatment that would be required. I was so excited when I found out about Dr. Halford and Insignia braces. My treatment time was only 10 months and I could not be more pleased with the end result. From the beginning to the end, I was 100% satisfied. Dr. Halford and his staff are wonderful! They gave me the type of individual care and attention that was so important to me. After my great experience, I took my teenage daughter to Dr. Halford when it was time for her braces. I have recommended Dr. Halford to all my friends. We have known Dr. Halford and his staff since we moved to Texas in 2005. He was highly recommended to us by another prominent orthodontist before we moved to Sugar Land. Our three children have all been treated by Dr. Halford and his staff. Dr. Halford uses the latest, most up to date methods and technology in his orthodontic practice.
Our son needed complex treatment due to a cleft palate and cleft lip. Dr. Halford communicated extensively with both the dentist and the surgeon to facilitate our son receiving excellent care. Our two daughters’ orthodontic treatments were more standard and we were very pleased with their results as well.
Dr. Halford is knowledgeable, easy going, open, and approachable. I know that he truly cares about his patients. He has been a valuable resource for referrals when needed. His staff is efficient, flexible and friendly. The office itself is comfortable, open, and parents are welcome (and encouraged) to join their children in the treatment area.
